Rentals at the LSC Studio

A space for band rehearsals, artist videos, shows, parties, networking events, and other multi-use purposes.

Studio is available for select days and evenings, rental rate ranges from $30-50 based on availability and peak hours (evenings vs days will have price difference).

We want to this space used by the folks in this city. At the same time, our space is a nonprofit organization for the community that not only serves artists, but children, students, teachers, and families. Any individual that uses the space is required to treat the studio with the utmost care and respect.

Renter will sign a rental agreement.
